"The home was clean, somewhat updated, and was located close to Broad Ripple, which is a hip neighborhood in Indy. However, there were several expected items that were missing and we felt there was deceptive info on the VRBO listing:1. Forced to park on street; the backyard parking was not available due to a padlock on the fence. We would have parked in the back if that option was available.2. Dangerously small and steep stairs to the 2nd floor where the "master" bedroom is located3. 2nd bathroom...

"WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money...

"It was a pleasure staying here. It was a two-week stay, and I felt right at home. The neighbors were very friendly—the only exception was one day that got a bit out of hand; I apologize for that. 100% recommended; I would definitely book it again."
