I really want to give this place 5 star, I had a good stay after few things were sorted. No issue on collecting the keys from the office. But when we got there, the remote on the gate didn't work, so I had to contact the office and they told me to push the gate open. Next, the front door lock didn't work smoothly, earlier advice from the person at the office told me was to just push the door. Actually you should pull the door towards you instead and unlock the lock at the same time. Third, I went to use the toilet upon entering, but there was no toilet paper. I had to ask my kids to get it from the other toilets. And there wasn't any soap for me to wash my hands, I needed to get from my luggage. Lastly, I couldn't connect to the internet. I tried multiple times entering the long password that is very encrypted, making sure I don't make any mistake. After the 4th try, I gave up and contacted the office. They told me to find the router and log in by taking a picture of the code. That was so easy, the instruction should have been in the check-in sheet. Lastly, the mop and pail was in the toilet, I moved it into the closet as I do not want to see it. We have just flown in from the US and was still having jet lag. With just a few euros, the initial impression could be easily improved!
