"The hotel was a very pleasant surprise, with a small but comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The bathroom was very good, again spotless, with lovely towels, and an excellent shower. Breakfast was cooked fresh, with reasonable choice, and very good service by pleasant staff. Indeed, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free, which with the fairly central location in the city, was a big plus. I'd recommend this hotel without any hesitation."

"The hotel is brand new and well located. But I found the service lacking a bit. There was no-one at reception when I arrived to check in. The receptionist showed up 5-10 minutes later. Throughout my stay the receptionist was on the phone constantly and barely said hello. There was a fire alarm the next morning at 7am in my room. "Very good staff; nice location; and this hotel has air conditioning. The ‘bad’ is that it’s trying to rebadge itself as ‘City Centre.’ It is not-there is a Premier in city centre and it’s not this one. The breakfast food deal is a nice option."
