There is no hot food is available at this pub/B&B. The continental breakfast didn't represent value for money (IMHO).
The accomodation is in a separate building that has been repurposed. The shower room was extremely small such that very imaginative plumbing had been employed to squeeze it all in. The accomodation was entirely on the ground floor so there was some traffic noise. That said, fortunately it is situated in a quiet village so the situation was tolerable.
No complaints about the bed at all!
Generally, the rooms were dusty and there were quite a few places where the paint was peeling off the walls.
We met the landlady in the pub when we arrived she was polite but only seemed interested in extracting payment. Another member of staff showed us to the accomodation, she was more friendly.
We didn't see either of them again.
We didn't get instructions for returning the keys so, as it was early Sunday morning and no one was about, we posted the keys through the pub letter box.
We will not be staying there again!
