"We absolutely loved our time at The Ashmont house! We used the subway several times to get into the city, which was super convenient! Much easier than driving in Boston! We also really appreciated that the host sent us several restaurant recommendations in the area. The home is beautifully restored and we would stay again in a heart beat!"

"Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food"

"Everything was great, the location is very convenient and the house is very spacious."

"This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. For instance, there was only one fork, 4 spoons, no coffee mugs, no measuring spoons/cups, no pot holders, no dish towels, etc. when we contacted the host letting them know these things were missing, they did...

"Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly, had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was...

"Small unit, but very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. Also very nice having a washer and dryer on site to do laundry. It was very convenient."

"Delightful place to stay. Only glitch was that there is another unit upstairs. It was occupied by a family with at least one small child who was very heavy footed and was often up and moving during late evening/early morning times."

"Peter was an excellent host. He was very fast to reply to any of our needs. He was very accommodating. The place was perfect for our 2 day stay prior to cruise. Location was close to train station and many dining options. Small market close by. We would definitely recommend this property."

"I honestly had my favorite stay of all time at this place. It was clean cozy and absolutely everything that we needed. I love the historical feel to it and it was perfection."

"Gorgeous modern apartment perfect for a weekend in Boston!!"

"The property was well maintained and very clean. It was what we were looking for because it was close to Boston with available free parking for the rental car. The neighborhood was a very safe and peaceful. The property was within walking distance to several restaurants and local stores. The appliances were in excellent condition. We were able to make our family meals when didn’t feel like ordering take out. My wife was able to workout with her normal YouTube workouts on the smart Tv. Our kids...
