"This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host. "

"A very nice clean house with ample parking and a large yard. One suggestion for the owner is to clarify what type of coffee maker is provided, as we bought ground coffee with us but it is a Keurig. Alternatively providing the Keurig pods and a salt and pepper shaker would be ideal.. "

"The perfect house! Scheduled a family get together for my 2 son’s family …11 of us. 6 children between ages 3-13 and 5 adults. First of all the communication with Jason was incredible. Prompt response for every message! The house was immaculate and above and beyond the description. So well appointed and arranged. 2 bunk rooms for the children and 3 bedrooms and baths for adults. "The house is so beautiful and in a great location in downtown Saratoga. We had a group of two families traveling together and had a really wonderful time there. The property manager was super communicative and provided great recommendations and details about the house. "The interior of the cottage is well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. All the comforts of home. The property is beautiful - feeding the fish in the pond was an unexpected delight! Venetia, Joe and family are kind, friendly, helpful people, who helped me feel welcome and cared for while also allowing me complete privacy. I highly recommend this property!"

"Came up for a wedding one of my best friends from the Navy was having and had the absolute best stay in this cozy little home. Had a mix up on the dates and the owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend booking if you need a place to stay in this area!"

"We were there for the races. (Thorpedo Anna group) Location of the property Was great for us. One mile to Broadway,Shoppong and Dining (Down town)and drive through down town another mile to Saratoga race track. Little warm so we used the window AC units which was fine . Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessities. ( coffee, breakfast, golf, shopping and Horse racing) Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Our stay here was PERFECT! The house is walking distance to downtown and 5 minute drive to the performing arts center or racetrack. Everything was updated and immaculate and the backyard fire pit under the stars in a quiet neighborhood made for the perfect ending to a busy day. We will definitely be back!"
