We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and we apologize for any odor problems present on property. I have spoken to staff to ensure that extra attention to detail is going into cleanliness of common spaces such as hallways. I understand your frustrations with the somewhat dated bathroom, while I assure you they have been renovated in the last ten years, we are always taking steps to try to modernize your bathroom experience as much as possible and to accomplish larger renovations as occupancy on those rooms allows.
