This house fit my family of 5 well (2 couples and one single person), with 2 rooms upstairs and one separate master suite downstairs in its own area, which worked out well for my daughter and her husband who like to sleep in late. The entire main living area looks out on the most amazing ocean views, it was a beautiful spot to hang out in. There was lots of room in the living room to all be together, play games, etc, as well in the dining room. The kitchen was well equipped, and fun to cook in since you had the great ocean views from there as well.
We appreciated the close proximity to Fiscalini Ranch, where we walked every day. And all the beds were super comfortable, with all of us sleeping very well.
My only issues were that, although the house seemed very clean, the walls were scuffed up and had other marks on them, giving a worn appearance to the place. Also the kitchen faucet leaked if you didn't move it a certain way, and the chairs on the back deck were worn with the material on the seat of one partially ripped. And the comforter on the bed in the smaller upstairs bedroom was all clumped, leaving large gaps in between with no down, so it wasn't warm at all. And lastly, there wasn't enough toilet paper!
