Good location, very comfortable room.
The Blue Dolphin Inn was a great place to stay in Cambria. The room was comfortable and clean and the service excellent. Its location, on the beach, is great (like many other inns in the area).

Loved the area. Beautiful and very peaceful. Really enjoyed receiving free breakfast delivered to our room. Not many options, but a nice treat.

Lovely inn situated across the road from the ocean . The boardwalk went north and south from our location. The staff are warm and friendly. There are even homemade cookies! Easy driving to reach both the charming city of Cambria or Hearst Castle.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and nice bathroom. Loved the breakfast. Staffs were so kind and nice - recommended some hiking trails.

Hearst Castle stay
We stayed at the Blue Dolphin Inn in early January for a Hearst Castle visit. The inn is right across from the boardwalk that runs about 1 mile with access to other trails and boardwalks for more coastal views. The room was very comfortable with cushy beds and an electric fireplace with a peak of the ocean from room 208. There are others with a full view of the ocean. Two thumbs up!!

This was my first time in Cambria! This place was a top notch stay, and everything was great. Warm water, powerful shower, very clean, breakfast was good, the heater worked, and the room felt like I was at home or someone's rental. It was a pleasant stay and the Ms. was very happy with the room

Have you seen the view? We have visited previously during the summer, but with the winter storms coming, the waves were incredible. Fortunately, due to landscaping of the beach, we were not flooded around New Year's Eve. There is also a communal fire pit on the grounds.

I loved that Moonstone Beach was right across the street. I didn't like the shower because the shower curtain allows water to escape from the tub and the floor was soaked after a shower.

Great moonstone beach location with big rooms, comfy beds, and a decent breakfast. Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful and the so called 'fireplace' was a very poor electric version.

The property was cozy and updated. Our room was big, clean and nicely decorated. Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely will be staying there again when I return to Cambria.
