"Me equivoqué en la fecha de la reserva. La IA de Hotels.com no me advirtió que había reservado en Arles cuando aún estaba en Finale Ligure. Llamé al Hotel Volver para explicarlo. Que llegaría un día después de la fecha reservada. Rehusaron facilitarme ayuda. Comparándolo como perder un vuelo. Todo de un modo altamente desagradable."

"Llegamos tarde y la puerta cerrada, no había manera de entrar, no nos enviaron previamente ningun codigo de entrada, tardamos una hora en poder entrar al hotel"

"This hotel and its staff is fantastic staying there was the best part of my trip, the only difficult is the amount of stairs to get into my room, they don’t have elevator but it was compensated with an incredible room. Also a special mention to the staff they treat you with kindness specially Abigail who also speaks Spanish and made our stay perfect, if I comeback I’ll stay there again without any doubt. Thank you for making our days with you so amazing!"
