I stayed with my mother and 2 elementary aged children for a weekend trip to visit relatives on the island. Pros and cons are specific to our group needs so may not apply to othersPros:- Pretty views- Modern, lovely kitchen, we enjoyed the outdoor deck areas - “Beach” Access, it was fun to look for shells but beach was muddy especially so if tide was out- Amenities included everything we’d needCons: - furniture: couch was sinking in the middle when we arrived. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the living room so didn’t mention it, but after we checked out, it was suggested that we broke it. Bunk beds upstairs are huge, but doesn’t give a ton of space in the room for accessing the deck from that door. I broke my toe trying to walk by the bed. Windows don’t have full covering, so it was very bright in bedrooms as soon as sun came up, so my kids were up very early. Layout: the 3rd bedroom is in the garage, lighting options were challenging in that room and overall there is a lot of steep stairs, hard for my mom to manage. Parking: you can only fit 1 car in the driveway, no parking in the garage and street is very narrowOverall it was a beautiful house, we had a nice time, but some small challenges for our specific group needs
