The home was just lovely and spotless! It sits SO close to the water and the views are amazing. Payton the property manager was so nice and prompt will all my messages. Definitely one of our favorites!

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed exploring the beach, the beautiful views, making meals in the kitchen (well-stocked) and card games in front of roaring fires. The home is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfy, and the landscaping is really lovely. Would definitely come back!

What a wonderful stay! We found this gem of a beach house last year. We loved it so much we decided to booked again this year and have every intention to stay again next year for our annual family visit.
This is what this incredible kitchen looks like. I shopped at the local grocery stores and created a magnificent charcuterie for my family

My feedback to our host:We had a wonderful time. The home was fabulous! So beautifully done and so modern. The views were spectacular and being there in a storm was quite an adventure. No power for a few hours, so would suggest you leave more working flashlights for guests renting during the stormy season. The wet leaves made it quite slippery leaving the property. A push broom should be handy in order to clear the leaves. Make sure when someone rents from you that they know the unit downstairs is only accessible from outside. One other issue regarding the bathrooms would be to have nonslip bath rugs because the floors when wet from water getting out of the shower were extremely slippery. A very memorable trip with my sisters and nieces was had. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful property! Waterfront views with a charming garden scape out to the water. There were harbor seals swimming around in the channel, and a heron perched on the buoy for hours. We loved the kitchen and dining space. The only hitch was finding the property. The houses are very close together and it wasn't immediately clear which house was which. The map link provided in the confirmation was pointing to a different house. Arrive before dark if possible. Other than that, everything was great! The host, Payton, was quick to respond and very pleasant to communicate with throughout the whole booking process.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Our kids had a great time exploring the rocky shore and we really enjoyed the sea kayaks - what a treat! It was clean and beautiful. The only thing I would note is that the basement unit with 4th queen bed is only accessible via the outside. We will be back! Thank you!

Amazing property, architecture and features. Host was always quick to respond via messages, and answered all questions - Anticipated guests needs.Kitchen and all bathrooms updated within past 4 years. VERY clean. Luxury linens and rustic modern vibe.Waterfront access in our own front yard was major win. The preschool grandkids loved the shells, rocks and crabs. Low tide surfaces were heavy with barnacles and crabs. Wear sturdy water foot wear.Two kayaks at seawall ready to use. Outdoor shower worked well.A few things to Note.Lower level is only accessible via deck stairs or yard. Area lacks the gorgeous windows of upstairs, and only has tile floor. Not an equitable arrangement to other rooms.No AC, we knew this in advance but with summer temps locally at 86 degrees, bedrooms were even hotter so we brought fans in for our stay.Window blinds only open via remote, which was not always functioning.Parking is limited but could possibly accommodate 4 smaller cars, and still keep access drive clear.Driveway is steep with hairpin turns. Standard van just handled it, taking the corners wide.Highly reccommend!

World class

A world class location for 7 college friends and spouse to relax, reconnect, and enjoy amazing sunsets, kayaking, and walking access to two incredible state parks. Payton was incredibly responsive and we will be back!

Outstanding

Loved our 5 nights in this waterfront home nestled between 2 State Parks on one of my favorite islands Lots of room for our group to spread out along with the great room for gathering. All the comforts of home and then some with a well stocked kitchen, nice deck with plenty of seating, and a well landscaped path leading to a fire pit. The view was outstanding and saw both a whale and eagles every day. Driveway was a challenge with our oversized vehicle and the listing did not mention the lower level is a separate entrance accessed under the deck. These were the only 2 drawbacks but we made it work. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous property and lux home with all the details

Tons of luxurious touches. This home willmake you feel like you’re in a magazine! We loved using the kayaks, fire pit, and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and property was very quiet. Long beach walks were wonderful!

Absolutely Beautiful

This property may have been the best vacation rental experience I have ever had. The property is so well done and the outside space is stunning. We even saw whales from the kitchen. Every room was very comfortable and offered all the creature comforts. Hot tub was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and we made most of our meals at the house. The one thing I would point out to future renters is the downstairs bedroom only has access from outside and there is no shower down there. It says that in the listing but I missed it. My sister and brother in law stayed in that room and just used the outside shower. They said it was fine but it wouldn’t be for me. There is also no ice maker so grab your ice at the store if you know you’ll need it. Overall would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with three other couples. The large windows show off the iew of the water. We all enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. It had an extra large refrigerator which easily kept all of our supplies and a large gas stovetop. The table was the perfect size for all eight of us to enjoy meals together or play board games. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed walking along the water in both directions from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The hot tub is very comfortable and easily adjusts to your desired temperature. A few things that were missing from the description were:The fourth bedroom is only accessible by exiting the sliding glass door and going down outdoor stairs to an entrance under the deck. That space also has a half bath and a living room with tv. The driveway to the home is steep with sharp turns.

Family time

The property overall was amazing in regards to location. We all loved the access to the waterfront and the view was amazing! The kitchen is well stocked and the space affords itself for wonderful family time. Unfortunately we had to wait for the house cleaner to be done when we showed up on time for about 30-45 minutes. The hot tub instructions and location of the key were not included in the instructions. When we had booked this property , we were not aware that the downstairs area was only accessible from the outside which made it challenging for assigning rooms to multiple age groups. This was particularly difficult for us because we were there during a massive storm all night and the person in that room did not want to sleep separate from others. The outdoor furniture was in desperate need of replacement and is hopefully replaced at the time of this review. Overall we’d rate this property a 4 out of 5.

Private, very comfortable, amazing view

This place was everything we were hoping for -- lived up to the photos and details in the listing. Very quiet. Easy to access state parks. Not far from restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.
