"First impressions are great. The branding and the interiors are spot on. Everywhere looked beautifully clean and the mattress and duvet was slightly softer and more comfortable than those at Mollie’s Oxford the night before. "Al día siguiente a mi llegada les comunique que el frigorífico no funcionaba y que la caldera de calefacción y agua caliente se ponía fuera de servicio constantemente. El problema de la caldera lo solucionaron siete días después de mi llegada y el frigorífico nunca funcionó y estuve alojado 9 noches. ..."
