"새벽 체크인 인데 친절하게 맞이해 주셨고 객실도 깨끗하고 베이뷰도 정말 좋았습니다.직원분들도 마주칠때마다 인사해 주셨고 아담하지만 조용하고 시내 다닐때 멀지 않고 좋았어요.체크아웃을 전날 밤에 했는데 과일이랑 샌드위치 커피 까지 포장해 주셔서 공항에서 잘 먹었습니다. 또 가고 싶네요~~*^^*"

"수영장, 워터파크 상태 좋습니다. 상대적 고가의 여타 호텔보다 음식, 음료의 공급 시간이 한정적입니다. 그러나 평범한 여행 패턴에는 충분합니다. 스테프들은 충분히 친절하였고, 많은 투숙객을 차지하는 러시아 대륙의 여행객들은 모두 친절하고, 예의를 지키는 매우 좋은 환경이었습니다. 다만 공급 음식의 회전, 즉 메뉴의 다양화가 약간 아쉬울 정도. 룸 컨디션은 최상, 더구나 강력한 에어컨은 역시."
