"The grounds were well maintained. Overall, the room was well maintained as well minus a few hairballs I found in the corner. Not ideal but not a dealbreaker either. Very family friendly pool with slides and floaties/balls available to use. The only annoyance was calling front desk to change my private pool to jacuzzi. No one came after a few calls and I gave up. I was there for one night so it’s was fine. I would recommend this place for a resort stay."

"When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside. It smelled horrible not sure what someone did in this villa before we did but it was horrible. What made it worse was the heat the ac was not working and they had stand fans going is all the rooms. I immediately notified the staff that this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay here. When we got back to the...

"Beach access was nice and water is immaculately clear. Pool also good and fun though pool water seemed dirty. Didn’t enjoy any of the food here, even down to the coffee, all the meals disappointed. The drinks were made well enough. Extra waters available at the beach was a big plus. Employees seemed overwhelmed at times
Bidet in the room was great"
