"While the room was clean, the two mattresses were appalling, seriously worn, slanted, and very squeaky. The shade was broken and water oozed up from the bathroom floor. The bed was pushed up against the heater and the curtains came down just above… total fire hazard. Even the microwave carousel was broken.
