"Remus and Cecilia were fabulous hosts with very quick and easy communication. Our group really enjoyed the pool in the back sitting area where we enjoyed the view and nice meals. We did not try the shortcut because we didn’t have enough time, but Ubers were easy and there are many wonderful places within a quick drive. The Villa is very private which we enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would stay again "

"We had a great time at our stay at Villa Juan Carlos Even before the booking of the villa the service provided was exceptional. An idyllic location – 10 minutes to Palma town and locally there are shops, restaurants and a lovely beach, but also very secluded and private with the most amazing sea views ever! It would be impossible to ever tire of the views and gorgeous sunsets in the heated jacuzzi. The villa is very well laid out and everything has been thought of to make life easy, the kitchen...

"La casa es una pasada, lástima que el arrendatario no respete tu intimidad como huésped y se te cuele dentro de la casa sin avisar dos días de los tres que pasamos, la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que nos encontramos alrededor de diez cucarachas y tres toalla estaban sucias. La casa está muy bien y merece la pena disfrutar de ella pero no recomiendo su alquiler ya que despues te pide casi 1000 euros por daños cuando no se ha roto nada en la vivienda."

"Als Tony uns begrüßte und mit der "Unterkunft" vertraut machte, kamen wir aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus. War gerade ein "Feature" wahrgenommen, kam schon das nächste. Wir empfanden alles als sehr großzügig. Absolutes Highlight war natürlich der wohltemperierte aber noch erfrischende Pool und der angrenzende Ruhebereich (chill area passt besser), von wo man sowohl am Poolgeschehen teilhaben, auf das Meer sehen konnte und, sofern sich die Luft bewegte, auch den Hauch von Wind mitbekam. Ach...

"Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en familia. Desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa. La villa nos dio una sensación muy agradable de apertura, ya que las terrazas delantera y la trasera se conectan mediante la sala de estar y la cocina. Además, las habitaciones son cálidas, cómodas, y tienen un buen sistema de climatización. La piscina y el parque están en perfecto estado de mantenimiento, se nota que son cuidados regularmente. El servicio de limpieza una hora por día funcionó...

"We absolutely loved staying at this property, it was spacious, clean and with a huge outdoor space. The location is close enough to walk into the nearest town and get buses / taxis to anywhere super easily but it’s situated in such a peaceful place with quiet all around and lovely views. The host was super easy to talk to and really helpful, helped us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here for families or groups of friends. We had a great time and it was perfect."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sehr ruhige dennoch günstigen Lage hat da definitiv geholfen. Die Wohnung ist groß aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, für einen Urlaub aber echt ok. Empfehlung."
