Llegamos a la vivienda y no teníamos información de parte del dueño para poder retirar las llaves , perdimos horas de vacaciones y un gran susto por no saber a quién contactar , sinceramente una experiencia muy negativa

Wonderful view, wonderful location!

The apartment is great and just perfectly located. It has everything (and I mean everything) you need! Kitchen and bathroom well-equipped, very clean, comfortable beds and yes, ok - no air con but the ceiling fans are great! And the views from the balcony - just breathtaking! Every evening we sat there with a G&T before heading out to the delights of Port Adriano. The Port is literally outside your door and is just gorgeous! Huge, millionaires’ yachts are surrounded by the most beautiful bars and restaurants! All the tables have amazing views of the marina and fresh fish (naturally) is served at all of them alongside every other taste - from vegan to carnivore! Just below the apartment is a restaurant/bar which may not look the most inviting but oh, the food is fabulous! Freshly cooked paella is a must! There is a wide, beautiful sandy public beach and also a small cove below the apartment which we had virtually to ourselves for the whole week! We normally hire a car when on holiday but this time we didn’t and were glad we took the owner, Peter’s advice. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment block - one way to Palma, the other to Santa Ponsa. We had a couple of day trips to both but quite frankly, we couldn’t wait to get back to El Toro and our own little ‘Private Beach!’I want to live here!

Apartment en ' El Barco ' - great location

The building complex is rather aged and tired and could do with an overhaul.But still pleasant enough with its unbeatable view over El Port Adriano - we had our second rental there for a month in April-May. Very handy for smaller shopping and the lovely beach just below the building. The kitchen could do with a thorough clean though..especially the stove area. We also exchanged the shower head as the water came out with no pressure-

Amazing view! Best ever

The apartment was clean and functional, with breath-taking views from the long balcony. The port is interesting, day and night. Everything you need for self catering holiday; good oven and hob, good washing machine and fridge freezer. Comfy beds too. We were glad to return 'home' after days out visiting other areas of Mallorca, to sit on the balcony to watch the sun go down. Minor irritations were the shower head needs replacing completely and the hot water tap sounds like a loud flute when used (not great at night). We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, we had a lovely holiday. Book yourself up for the Island Tour! It's an amazing trip!

Nice appartement with a great view

Wir kennen die umgebung und das appartement. Es ist etwas ab vom Schuss aber das wussten wir ja. Leider sind die Appartements etwas hellhörig. Aber dafür hört man das meer herrlich rauschen.

Amazing property

We have just returned from staying in this beautiful property. The apartment is well equipped, clean and has everything anyone could ask for in a holiday home! The only minor problem we had was sorted in minutes (no exaggeration!) by the wonderful, helpful manager. We will certainly be back again, can't wait!

Sehr schöner Ausblick.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Fewo. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld schon mit Beth in Verbindung gesetzt und wir konnten unsere Koffer vor dem Check in dort unterstellen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon einfach herrlich. Aber Vorsicht, die Möwen fliegen Stockwerk für Stockwerk die Balkone ab um in einem unbeobachteten Moment Essen zu stehlen. Ein SPAR MARKT und ein Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf Port Adriano

sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großer Balkon, Port Adriano zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar, mehrere Restaurants und Bistros, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe (5 min mit dem Auto), ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, ein Ort um wiederzukommen... Peter P.

Wir waren im Februar in der Wohnung und sehr zufrieden. Betten konfortabel, sauber, alles in der Küche vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Highlight ist natürlich die tolle Aussicht von der Süd-Terrasse auf den Hafen und Strand, Sonne von morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir schon im Februar auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten. Einziger Nachteil sind die hellhörigen Wände, der Nachbar war ziemlich laut. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Apartment in older condition in quiet area. Well equipped kitchen but very cramped. Nice views. The single beds bad. Bad pressure in the shower. Miserable chairs on the balcony. Repairs are going on in the house, lots of noise.
