Super schöner Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist und das ganze Gebäude ist ins Alter gekommen und dadurch wird die ganze Zeit immer etwas gebohrt und gehämmert. Nur am Sonntag nicht.

Amazing location. Three apartment had everything to make the stay perfect, including all the beach mats and toys. Literally on the loveley El Toro beach. Really close to all the amazing facilities (restaurant, dive centre etc of Port Adriano).

Relaxing with lovely views

We enjoyed our stay, and the view of the bay and Port was definitely the highlight of our holiday, also the option of another parking area was handy, especially if you return later in the day, as the main car park is usually full by around 3pm.We will hopefully return again in the future.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay in El Toro at this lovely apartment. The views are incredible and you have everything you could need within walking distance - beach, restaurants etc. If you want to travel slightly further afield then there is a bus which goes from just outside the apartment block - Santa Ponsa is only 10mins away. Excellent communication with the property owner Peter and we had no issues at all. Thank you for helping us have a lovely family holiday!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment itself was large and spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed. Stunning views from the large balcony.There were a few glitches with WiFi, TV and cooker, but it was explained to us that a changeover of cleaner/manager had caused hiccups, which we understood. There's a couple of small supermarkets within easy walking distance, and plenty of places to eat out if desired. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Het uitzicht was fenomenaal!! Een net appartement met airco in de woonkamer. Wij misten met de warmte een beetje de airco in de slaapkamer maar er hingen wel ventilatoren. Een hele fijne bijkomstigheid is de wasmachine. Qua locatie is het uitzicht echt super! Het zwemmen en snorkelen voor de deur heerlijk!! Op loopafstand een paar leuke restaurantjes maar geen boulevard waar ‘‘s avonds nog wat te doen is. Al met al genoten van ons verblijf!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und bequem eingerichtet. Es gab viele Küchenutensilien – alles, was wir brauchten, und sogar noch mehr.Die Lage ist hervorragend – ich halte sie für eine der besten in El Toro.Das Meer ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt.Der Balkon war einfach großartig: geräumig und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer.Ich komme gerne wieder und werde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Perfection

Arrival was easy, on opening door, wow what a view, light flooded the whole apartment. Paul thankyou so much for a wonderful stay and we met the lovely Beth on our last day while she was working hard next door. Beautiful area and delicious restaurant just down below.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très bien équipé avec belle terrasse avec vue sur plage et port Adriano. Situation intéressante proche de Palma et de la voie rapide pour visites de l'île. Je recommande cette location pour 4 personnes, correspond parfaitement à la description du site.

Great accommodation

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, the view stunning and the check-in process seamless. The only negative remark I get to make is that the swimming pool was closed. But that wasn't really an issue, as we got to swim in the sea simply by walking out the door.

Very enjoyable

The wow factor of the property is the view. The view is enhanced by the comfort of the apartment. The double bed is very comfy and waking up to the view and watching all the activity on the water is better than the tv… although having U.K. channels was a bonus. I would advise taking binoculars so you can see all that is going on from the balcony. We had a car and it was easy to park and there was easy access to the motorways. A really good stay.

Geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Kleinigkeiten könnten erneuert werden, vor allem der Staubsauger. Einrichtung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionsfähig. Matratze sehr bequem. Großer Balkon mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Strand direkt vor der Türe und somit zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleine Bucht mit flach abfallenden Strand und sehr sauberen Wasser und auch in den Ferien nicht überfüllt. Nette Vermieter die schnell auf Rückfragen reagieren. Wir hatten einen entspannten und sehr schönen Aufenthalt Marco & Yvonne

Sehr dreckig

Wir konnten in der Wohnung nicht bleiben. Die Matratzen war voller Flecken, in einem Bett waren Bettwanzen und in der Küche überall Armeisen. Es war insgesamt nicht sauber. Überall war Staub, der Teppich sowie das Sofa waren einfach dreckig und auch das Badezimmer war alles andere als sauber. Wir sind dort keine Nacht geblieben und haben fast das gesamte Geld zurückbekommen. Die Reinigungskraft war unfreundlich und nicht sehr einsichtig und der Vermieter hat gar nicht auf Mails und Anrufe reagiert. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung nicht.

nice location, unfriendly interaction with host

The property is located in a big apartment building with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach and marina. The unit is well equipped and overall well taken care of. We were having a great time until the manager barged in accusing us off not paying for the rental. I was under the impression that I paid in full when booking with VRBO and had never received any emails about outstanding payments. After looking at the app and my credit card statement we realized that VRBO had only taken 1/3 of the payment at the initial booking. The manager put the owner on the phone to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the owner immediately jumped into a rant accusing us of scamming him, not allowing me to explain that this was an honest mistake and that VRBO never sent me any emails about outstanding payments. I even showed the manager my inbox to prove this. Once she confirmed this, the owner calmed down a bit, and I immediately made the outstanding payment. While this was happening, the property manger went around the apartment making comments about fingerprints on the glass door and was snooping around the place, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This whole interaction put a real damper on our stay. Also, be aware that internet is not included in the rental fee. We have friends who own an apartment in the building, and they had considered recommending this place to family. Not sure that I can recommend to them after this rude interaction with the host.

Good apartment to stay at holidays

A family of 3 stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in July and had a very confortable and nice days during their holidays. We recomend the apartment as its very complete and close to the beach
