"Thank you to Sergio and family for a lovely holiday. The breakfast pastries were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Ricardo was very helpful with organizing taxis and trips. Thank you. However we were not aware, from the VRBO description of the property, that the owners were living at the villa and therefore the pool was not completely private. This did distract from our enjoyment a little but we still had a good holiday and the apartment was lovely."

Ideal zum Relaxen am großen Pool oder erkunden der Umgebung (Palermo kann z.B. einfach mit der Bahn ab Campofelice erreicht werden, Cefalu und Agrigent sind auch nicht zu weit entfernt). Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und sehr engagierte Hausbetreuung vor Ort. Eine sparsame Wasserverwendung wird empfohlen."

"Eigenes kleines Haus mit großem Außenbereich. Sonnen- und windgeschütze Veranda nach Osten mit Loungemöbeln, sonnige Terrasse nach Süden zum Meer mit Tisch und zusätzlichen Sesseln, sodass man je nach Wetter immer einen sehr schönen Platz hat. Riesige Wohnküche mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen direkt im Haus dahinter, die Privatsphäre war aber trotzdem kein Problem. Wir hatten eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit in Ciotta!"

"We went there as a family of 4 (kids are 6 and 8) 2 grandparents (so 6 in total). Overall, the object is fantastic for quiet and relaxing holidays. The pool is surrounded by nature. The house is older but fine. From the first floor terrace you can watch the sunset over the countryside every day. Quiet nice. The pool was cleaned every Thursday. "This is a great property in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. The property is very, very clean and full of character. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. There is a washing machineand the water supply i always reliable. Giulio is a great host and replied quickly to all our needs. There is a very comfortable sofa bed, which will accomodate two people no problem in the main living area. We will certainly come back!"

They walked us through the apartment (which was so much larger and beautiful than expected) and answered all our questions. Their recommendations were spot on (awesome gelato).
