Entering the villa, the main floor welcomes you with a bright entrance that leads to an impeccably decorated living-dining room, equipped with SAT/TDT TV and air conditioning. From here, you access a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views and private swimming pool, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, meets all your culinary needs. Two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, offer peaceful rest. Additionally, a bathroom with shower completes the comfort on this floor.



The villa also features an independent apartment, which includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower.



The villa's outdoor space is an extension of luxury and relaxation. Enjoy a spacious terrace that houses a private 6x4 metre swimming pool, perfect for taking a dip and enjoying the Mediterranean sun. The shaded chill-out area invites you to relax, whilst the built-in barbecue offers the opportunity to indulge in outdoor meals. To stay connected, enjoy the free wifi available at the villa. With the aim of preserving tranquillity, groups of young people are not admitted. Furthermore, we welcome your furry companions, as pets of up to 12 kg are allowed for a small supplement.
