"I booked 2 rooms under the same name (traveling with kids). I requested the rooms to be nearby or at least be on the same floor. The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all and without even trying she said she couldn’t accommodate. We checked in around 3:30pm. After we insisted, she was able to find 2 rooms next to each other. "

"Room was in good condition and comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant although with limited English ability. There was no English name of the hotel on the exterior of the building or in the lobby. The hotel is on the 5th floor of an office building and the reception in the main lobby didn't know about the hotel when I showed them a Chinese translation of the English name and they directed me to another building across the street.
