Fantastic Family Long Weekend

Space and room for our big and bustling family. Watts@Callala was perfect - large enough to accomodate all of us from 1 year old to 80 year old. Spaces to gather and options for cooking inside and out. Spaces to take some time to yourself...and the location...a super short walk to the most beautiful beaches and water you will find along the NSW South Coast. Thanks for a great stay!

Family oriented

The house is great for friends and family and very clean, there are three bedrooms at the front of house and three at back. All beds are very comfortable, loved the bi fold doors- let a lot of sunlight in. Kitchen was very well equipped and handy having two fridges and loved they had pegs for the clothes line.Communication with Geoff and Roxanne was great, they made everything easy and we will be back.

Roomy well-equipped cottage.

The house is well stocked with ample bedrooms, dining space and loads of excellent kitchen equipment suitable for a large family or group. We had 11 family (3 generations) there and there was plenty of space. Great to have doggies off-leash at the beach (6-7 minute walk away) in the afternoon which was very fun!

The gathering

First time in Watts street but frequently visit Callala beach and bay. The house was perfect for our large group 8 adults, 5 teenage boys and 1 nearly teenage girl and our 2 fur babies. Everything we needed to make our weekend great was there. Highly recommend if you are looking for a house that is a bit older but totally child safe and loads of room! We will be back thank you 😊

A beautiful gateway so close to Sydney

We decided to go out for a couple of days at the last moment and I stumbled upon this property on Stayz. The description fitted our requirement perfectly. The price was also reasonable. The booking process was hassle free. When we arrived at the property around 3.30pm, the manager had already sent me a welcome text message and had asked me to get in touch should I have any issues. When we entered the house, it was even better than what we thought. It had five proper bedrooms and a two big bunk beds to accommodate 15 people very easily. The living area was also quite big and fit all of us (including our two dogs) very easily. It had a beautiful deck to have meals outdoors and a decent backyard for the pets to run around. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the necessary things and was also stocked up with basic food items (though we didn't need it as we had brought everything with us). The beach was about 7 to 8 minutes walk from the property. The beach was one of the most beautiful white sand beach we had seen and everyone was spellbound by it's beauty. The icing on the cake was the beach was leash free for dogs to run around. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will be happy to be back to stay here.

Great for large families.

We had a great stay. Good amount of bedrooms and spaces to hang out, and a great deck with bbq! The beach is a very short walk away down a side lane. Kitchen is on the smaller side, but has plenty of plates and cultery. It could do with more fry pans and serving bowls. The hosts were fabulous at communication and it was a smooth entry and exit from the property. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Group Accomodation

Great group accomodation, plenty of rooms and great outdoor seating area and BBQ for the group. The town is quiet in the non public holiday or summer periods which is lovely if you are after a full unwind. Was hard to use front door key 🔑 which we told the property managers about.

PERFECT

The house was so comfortable for my friends and i, and is in such a great location so close to the beach. The house is alot bigger than it looks in the pictures and has a few updates and modernised accessories than in the photos. Overall a fantastic week away, we will definitely be staying here again!

Quick communication and friendly

The owners are quick with communication and is friendly to deal with. Since the pandemic, we were unable to stay at the accommodation within these dates but the owners were nice enough to allow for us to move it to a later date.

Perfect place, perfect location

Fantastic property for a larger group or a family wanting extra space. There were ample beds and the house is very well appointed yet feels casual and relaxed. This is the second time I have stayed at the property in 4 years and I it is great to see that it has been so well maintained. Very impressed to receive a call from the owner just prior to arriving with notification that a new kitchen had been installed. Great location, easy, short and flat walk to the beach. Heaps of seating both indoors and outside. Really well appointed for a relaxed and casual beach holiday.
