"We had a wonderful weekend at Amelia On My Mind. It was perfectly set up for our friends and family. There was plenty of parking, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful back porch along with beach misc. and outdoor fun. We were walkable to a few restaurants in the Main Beach area and there was a quick walkover to the beach about a block away. Thank you for thinking through all the details and for such a comfortable stay! We will be back!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed out time at The Round House. There was an issue with the oven upstairs and the rental management company attempted to fix it before we left. Thankfully there was another oven downstairs we could use. That made cooking slightly inconvenient, but we made it work. Communication with the rental management company could not have been better the entire time we were there. They contacted us when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory (this was before the oven issue)...

"The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Cozy with a beachy feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. It was located right next to the beach access as well as close to Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway and a moment's drive to restaurants and shops. Amelia Island is a favorite of ours!"

"We had to wait an extra hour and a half to get into the property however we were made aware ahead of time. Mr. Hughes was very nice and helpful. We plan on returning again next year "

"Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides. "

"Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again!"

"Very spacious and clean home. It was perforcr for our family and m my 8month old was especially happy. The space was made for families with kids of all ages. They even had a crib so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with somewhere our son could sleep. He also had a blast playing with all the toys and walker. "

"The house was gorgeous, well stocked, and the location was right on the beach. Construction a going on next door but that was disclosed ahead of time and we really didn’t notice the noise much at all. Definitely somewhere we would stay again!"
