This place has a humble exterior but WOW a luxury interior. Everything was classy and lush, including the kitchen, comfy beds, and plush towels. My family of 4 was able to spread out and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend. Hosts were very responsive when our door code did not work and it was resolved quickly.

This is a lovely location, very quaint and cozy. Fully equipped, with plenty of room in the cabinets and closets for your own food and such. My daughters and I thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our weekend stay. Check in check out or breeze. There was coffee for the coffee maker even!

This clean, comfortable and charming VRBO is just as we remembered! This was our second stay at this property. Great communication from the host giving us a heads up about some road construction and suggesting alternate parking and entrance door so we could avoid the mess. We loved being able to spread out and rest when we weren’t visiting family or enjoying the Cincinnati holiday happenings. The Christmas decorations in the VRBO were a fun and pleasant surprise! Our family agreed we would stay a third time! Does that make us regulars?

Five stars isn’t enough. This is a ring of stars from the funky, fresh, and stylish, to Quirky and Historic; absolutely perfect. I met Christian and Angela, nicest couple; hard-working, design and building dream team. I got a tour of the place and let me tell you, I love it. She has got an eye that is just spot on perfection; Joanna Gaines watch out! A little on the area; safe, entertainment, stores, restaurants; literally, close by everything but private at the same time. Huge shout out to the green kayak the wholly beans, best coffee, food, and best atmosphere and camaraderie, what a great neighborhood.

Road trip

Family road trip from eastern nc to Ohio for nephew’s birthday. Check in was easy and property owner easy to reach and responsive. Area had just recently flooded but waters had receded such that roads were clear throughout our stay. Some businesses near by were not opened due to cleanup. Property is on 2nd floor and stair accesses were both clear.and accessible.Though the unit we rented had no balcony access it was an easy walk across the street to the riverwalk for awesome water views of the Ohio river. Riverside walk was closed as waters had not receded enough for access. Would stay at this vrbo again .

Little Hidden Gem

My mom loved this location for her stay. I live in Amelia and rented this for her. Only a 15 minute drive which was very convenient! Cute little Cafe located right down stairs! Took us about 35 minutes from the airport. We will be booking here again for another family gathering!

Home away from home

This property was absolutely stunning, with a keen attention to details. Christian was responsive, kind and answered all of our questions. I was born and raised near the area and it was such a fun experience to stay in New Richmond and see the ways that the town is being revitalized. There are many things to do within walking distance and even more after a short drive into Cincinnati. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Wonderful location. Wonderful apartment. Very quiet. Very clean. Anticipated all needs. Only suggestion would be to upsize queen bed to king bed and upsize double bed to queen bed.

Trail Race Weekend - East Fork

I wanted a place closer to the park as I would need to be there early and probably leave late. New Richmond fit the bill at only 20 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the little town was right on the Ohio River with a little park across the street and a couple cafes near by. Place was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Fun little weekend hideout spot and a great base of operations for exploring East Fork.

Quaint, quiet and unique

This historic building has been renovated with great attention to architectural details and was a lovely and welcoming place to stay. The light from the high windows in the living room opens the space to the eye and gives the apartment a unique ambiance. All three bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, but we mostly took advantage of several of the local eateries for good meals. The Wednesday evening Music in the Park just across the street along the river was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient Stay!

Our family spent a week at the property while celebrating my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. We spent the week enjoying classic Cincinnati sights including the zoo and a Reds game. The apartment was the perfect homebase! It was VERY clean and convenient to all the Cincinnati attractions. Our children ages seven and 10 loved having their own bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp, white linens. (My husband wants to know where they bought the mattresses!) We had excellent communication with our hosts, too. They checked on us and even brought some extra towels which we hadn't requested but were still greatly appreciated! The kitchen was well-stocked and had more than we needed for breakfast, coffee and snacks. We did enjoy popping over to the nearby coffee shop and exploring the riverfront park, too. The local IGA grocery store had what we needed for our stay but if you have specific items you may want to choose a larger grocery store. Parking was convenient and close to the front door. You do have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs but that did not deter us. We enjoyed our stay so much we will likely stay there again for future family gatherings! Kudos to the hosts for a great VRBO!

Ohio Comfort

This historic riverside suite did not disappoint! Pictures are accurate to the charm of this rental. It is well decorated, clean, and a great place to spend a rainy night in, or dinner out at one of the local eateries. We enjoyed breakfast at the coffee shop across the street, and encountered many friendly locals. Due to the time of year we visited many stores were closed until late afternoon, but with Cincinnati being a short 20 minute drive we were able to find plenty to do...Newport Aquarium, Hofbrauhaus (Authentic German Food), Sichuan Palace (Chinese), and a bit longer drive to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. We would definitely stay at this location again when in the area.

Spring break getaway

My husband, three kids, and I traveled back to Cincinnati for spring break, since I lived there when I was a kid. We wanted somewhere quiet to stay, and this was perfect. New Richmond is a beautiful, very interesting city along the river and we enjoyed the history and architecture. The space itself is very cool - historic and renovated at the same time. The owners have done a great job.

Spacious suite in grand historic building and super host!

This historic 19th century building is a real treasure! We loved the spacious rooms, with the high ceilings, beautifully decorated, and furnished with everything you need to feel at home. We met our son there, and 7 year old granddaughter. She immediately claimed one of the bedrooms as "my room!" She loved it, because she had room to play, without being cramped in a typical hotel room. And the next evening was Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo! Thanks to our host Christian for the excellent communication on our lovely mini-vacation.
