This rental is waterfront property on the White River with a boat dock. Come relax, fish and park your boat in your own private boat dock during your stay. This is a three bedroom and 2 bath house. It sleeps 4-6 people with one king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The first bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and the second bedroom upstairs has one double bed. This property has a Maximum occupancy of 6 people, regardless of age. The rate listed is for a party of two. There is an additional charge of $10 per person for 3-6 guests. The screened-in porch among the trees will be a favorite spot to relax and listen to the river. The Riverhouse is located in a private area 2 miles from downtown Calico Rock on the White River at Creswell Island. The Riverhouse is on a county road and it is a gravel road the last 1/2 mile to the river. Outdoor furniture, charcoal barbecue grill, and picnic table with views of the river.
