Not clean, bedding missing, dirty, dangerous, LOTS of rat poison out, bad wiring and wifi, no AC, 3 space heaters are the heat, dishes and pots dirty, parts missing/broken on refrigerator and microwave. Nails sticking out on flooring and also on ledge in second kitchen. Mold on ceiling in several spots. "We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication....

"My stay was the most peaceful and relaxing stay I’ve ever had. Clean, cozy, comfortable, cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood. I slept so good. It was much needed. It was close to Downtown Colorado Springs are where I attended the Marlon Wayan’s Comedy Tour at the Pikes Peak Center. Christel was very kind and attentive with his responses. I appreciate him so much for making my stay go smoothly. Definitely recommend others to stay as well. "

"This is really a great property. Let me start by saying I rarely do reviews and I'm hesitant only because I would want to come here again next time we head to The Springs.
