El hotel brinda servicio gratuito al aeropuerto… nuestro vuelo salía a las 6:00 am y sin problema nos movieron a las 3:30 am y nos dieron “box lunch”, ya que no ibamos a poder disfrutar del desayuno incluido… El hotel estaba en renovación de su lobby, pero esto no fue problema para estar a gusto un par de días con mi familia, terminando nuestro viaje de vacaciones de verano en Banff y Jasper…

I am sorry you had difficulties on your arrival. We charge all arriving guests a refundable damage deposit of $100.00. The blankets for the sofa are located in the closet.

The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The 2 bedrooms suite that we stayed was very spacious that we did not expect it at all. We would love to stay at Staybridge again if we ever go back to Calgary.

The front desk staff was amazing and so kind throughout our stay. The room we got was dirty and the 2 other options were just as unclesn as our original room.

Pet friendly but when dogs barked, they treated our dogs like criminals. Not recommended for pet fur parents. Supposed to stay for 2 nights and 3 days, but checked out right away after staying for a night as the next morning we got a call about our dogs barking all day, but we were only out of the hotel for an hour lol will not come back again. Been staying in hotels for years, first time this happened to us to move to a different hotel just because our dogs barked. DOGS are meant to bark! You can't stop them specially if they're hearing people jumping on the top floor and people talking outside. Also, limited towels and blankets. Shower's broken, more water coming out of the sink than the shower head itself.

A little disappointed that we were only notified at 4pm the evening before our stay that the pool was out of order. We were offered a pass for a swimming centre near by but it was super inconvenient and out of the way. We were looking forward to swimming every day with our kids who were on spring break. That being said the hotel was super nice and we would definitely stay here again

The idea of a bedroom suite is great but it's so cramped it's hard to move around at all, in addition the pool broke down after the first day and so we spent three days with our kids looking for other activities to do when we had planned specifically for them to play in the pool and on the water slides.

A family friendly hotel. The kitchen area is really useful although the location is far from downtown there are nearby restaurants available. Surely we will book in this hotel again.

A great effort is being made to update this property, however it's age is still showing through. Our one bedroom suite had doors that were filthy and falling apart, dirty chipping kickboards, however the beds were so comfortable. The lights, counters, fixtures and much more were updated. The breakfast was very good. Pool was cold and dark. But the slide was good and the hot tub was great.

The hot tub was very dirty. The water was grey. The breakfast was great and the servers at breakfast we helpful and friendly.

They were training staff when we arrived so the check in was a bit longer than normal I'm sure. When we called in for a shuttle we were told just to use a taxi and have the driver come in to be reimbursed, our taxi driver seemed a bit upset about it but it did cause him a wait as well. We were able to stay in a multiple bedroom room which was awesome as we were travelling as a family. The room was spacious and clean and would be great for a long term stay as it had kitchen amenities. A restaurant on site for supper would have been convenient but there were restaurants close by, we just needed a cab as we didn't have a car. I would have no problem staying again.

This hotel was ok for a one night stay. Unfortunately however the water in our room was not hot enough to shower so we had to use an alternative (smaller) room for showers.

Great choice. No real complaints.
Really great rooms, amazing pool/slide/hot tub, and decently equipped gym. My only complaints are that one of the door handles in my suite was a little dirty, and there was no "do not disturb" label in our room. The service was great, and breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back next time we're in town.

Heat in the pool area was out and the pool was incredibly cold. Expedia says free extended parking on site, but the hotel staff insisted we be charged.
