We had significant difficulty entering the residence. The door keypad was not functioning, and the code provided for the lockbox was incorrect. It took approximately 25 minutes to gain entry to the house. Subsequently, I walked around the property and discovered doors to a basement suite where I was able to speak with the tenants of the basement suite. They allowed us to enter and provided the correct code for the lock box. Upon arriving at the residence, we noticed some items were dirty. Despite this, we continued with our weekend activities. Over the next two days, we noticed that the kitchen cabinets were very dirty, both inside and out. The kitchen and dining room light fixtures were covered in grease, dust, and dead buds, and looked like they were about to fall apart. The under-cabinet lighting had exposed wires and didn’t turn on, and lacked merit caps. We found the shower water pressure was poor. It took a long time to shower and wash up because the pressure kept cutting in and out. The master ensuite bath tub was also unusable because it wasn’t hooked up, and I wasn’t notified beforehand. The hot tub was pretty dirty with pine needles and leaves stuck in the air intake, so it wasn’t really enjoyable to use. In addition to the damaged walls and the missing railing on the stairs leading to the rec room, the TV remote didn’t function. Our stay was restful, we felt safe but the high rental costs and cleaning fees left us disappointed
