The room was dated but nice. Their breakfast options were great and their Chef was amazing. Very considerate and kind. He regularly checked up on guests during breakfast to make sure we had enough food, drinks, or dishes. He also always ensured to great everyone when passing by. The housekeeping needs to be worked on. There was garbage from the previous guest left in the room and from staying for a few days we ran out of the basics like toilet paper. It was difficult to get housekeeping to come and resolve this which we were not impressed with. For the price, I would expect this to be resolved by staff in lieu of having to go get it myself. The parking lot is also very small with super tight spots, trucks and SUVs barely fit in the stall.

As for the housekeeping, I will have a talk with the housekeeping supervisor and team today about the expectations we have in rooms. Housekeeping is upon request and should never be an issue. We have over flow parking for SUV's and trucks with bigger stalls. If I can rectify anything for you please let me know. Again, I thank you for your review, and hope to have another chance to better serve you in the future.

Had a great experience here with my husband and kids. The pool was great, lovely hot tub. Staff were amazing. Would go back again!

Ive been getting charged non stop by both the hotel and booking agent. Ive been billed 3 times now and am not pleased. Twice by the hotel and once from the booking agency. I dont think i will be using these services anytime soon with both expedia and Ramada hotel. Very comfy beds and good bedding. Sufficient amount of pillows. Outside access door took some effort to close.

Hello, I am happy that you enjoyed the beds and pillows, however I am concerned about the double charges. If Expedia charges you they send us a virtual card from them so we should never be able to charge yours personally. I am going to look into this for you, and see how I can personally rectify this. Guest experience is important.

We loved the fact that it had 3 beds! The kids didn’t have to share, which was a bonus! The pool and hot tub are great! The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good! We will be staying here again!

We came to celebrate our daughter's 11 birthday and our 16 year old heart anniversary to take a break from everything and spend time as a family time swimming and subs. The girls had a great time. Front desk was very helpful and great with accomodating us. Breakfast staff offered a good selection for breakfast. Swimming was our favorite. Thank you. We will be back soon

The front desk clerk was amazing. We stayed with our dog, and the outside access from the room was fabulous, however, the door stuck a bit, and was a challenge to open. I wished I had payed attention to the embroidered pillow cases and realized all 8 pillows supplied were firm. I didn’t notice until the morning, and I would have contacted the desk for a couple of soft pillows if I realized they had been categorized. I just assumed that was all they had. All in all a great place for an overnighter.

Check in easy, property clean, room was great. Not much parking out front. Having to park at the back there was no access to building without walming all around the building.

Terrible room condition
The only thing of good quality in our stay was the breakfast. The room was filthy, especially the carpets and the external door to the parking lot had a significant gap between the frame through which maple bugs had entered. The clerk inspected it and acknowledged the room was in bad condition and should be decommissioned until fixed. To deal with the door gap we taped it with masking tape and then removed it in the morning. We will never stay at this location again and would advise others to make different accommodation choices.

We chose the Ramada purposely as we felt it was a higher quality hotel, however the bed was old and mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast was the standard fare that you get at hotels, however the eggs, sausage and hash browns were cold, and coffee was weak.

We stayed at the inn for the hot air balloon festival. We arrived 2 hours early before check-in, our room was not ready (which was expected) and the front desk woman upgraded us to a suite with king size bed. Another female at the front desk printed out maps and info about local movie set locations for us and gave us 2 food bags. The room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Front desk certainly went above and beyond in their assistance!

Wonderful, Caring Front Desk Staff Members
Our experience was wonderful. After a long, long day of driving, the sight of a clean hotel room with a comfortable bed, spotless bedsheets and pillows, and a clean bathroom are always a true joy. But beyond the comfort a hotel room can provide, a one night rest is made more pleasurable when the staff of a hotel are also warm and welcoming, as these at Ramada by Wyndham High River are. The gentleman (a young, pleasant man with red hair), who was at check-in late in the evening on Sept. 29/23, as well as the two delightful people (William, I believe, as well as the young mom of Timber and Echo), who were on the front desk at 10:00 a.m. on Sept. 30/23, could not have been kinder or more helpful. We learned from the check-in gentleman that High River was the host to the hot-air balloon competition and that if we rose early at 7:00 a.m., we could see the balloons' departure from our hotel room window. Such a beautiful experience!! The two staff at the front desk when we checked out were also so kind. With no other guests waiting in line, these 2 took the time to tell us how to enjoy the Heartland experience in High River. We shared with them a few points that needed attention with respect to repair in the hotel, and they were anxious to get right onto these matters, thanking us for telling them. Ramada by Wynham High River, your staff need a raise!! They are "for" their hotel and their jobs, no question, and ready to serve your patrons with kindness and diligence.

People smoking dope outside my room and they left garbage in the lot. Crew trucks taking more than one parking stall.

Hello Sheena and thank you for your review. Our maintenance tech has walked around to make sure no rubbish is left, as we do a walk around in the mornings. I have asked my team to do a quick walk around before their shifts as well. If there is any issues during your stay, please let us know as we are always happy to rectify and tackle any issues right away. Thank you again, and we hope to better serve you in the future.

The GM was frustrating due to the fact I didn’t have. A credit card and almost wasn’t able to check in due to this. Experience left me frustrated and didn’t want to check in. Upon arrival my card didn’t work. Finally another card worked for the check In

Hello Michele, thank you for your review. I was happy to try to help you any way I could. Our hotel must have a valid credit card to be checked in. These are the policies and procedures, myself and my team must follow. I am sorry your card did not work, and that you had to use a different one. I am sorry for the challenges you had during your stay with us.

The picture on the Expedia website showed that the bathroom was a walk-in shower with a seat. So we picked this room because our daughter has mobility problems. However the bathroom was NOT what we expected and so we had difficulty and the one room with the walk-in shower was not available.
