The space GENERAL Our space is all about comfort and convenience so you can enjoy a relaxed, stress free stay with us. The condo is on the first floor of the building, and your parking stall is steps away from the unit. No elevators, no stairs, and no need for long distance walking. Coming and going from your short term rental has never been easier!
KITCHEN The modern kitchen flows beautifully with the rest of the home, along with elegant finishes and top of the line Whirlpool appliances. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser so you can quickly and easily access cold and fresh drinking water; you can even choose cube or crushed ice!
This full kitchen comes equipped with cookware, along with plates, bowls, cups and cutlery so you can enjoy your favorite home cooked meal with family and friends.
We also provide a coffee machine along with everything that’s needed to brew a fresh pot of coffee, along with a kettle, tea, and much more! This kitchen truly has everything you could expect to find at home.
LIVING ROOM Our cozy living room was designed with style and comfort in mind, bringing you an extraordinary experience during your stay with us. The 43” smart TV has apps already installed on the TV like Netflix, all you have to do is log into your account to start streaming your favourite shows and movies!
The sliding patio doors are located directly off of the living room, which provides a ton of natural sunlight into the unit. There’s a screen door so in the summer time you can have it open for a breeze and not worry about bugs getting inside.
MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom comes with a comfy Queen size bed, along with matching nightstands and lamp. This room also comes equipped with a full length mirror.
There’s a walk in closet in this room which comes with extra bed linen, towels and pillow cases. There’s lots of storage in the walk in closet along with hangers, an ironing board and an iron. We’ve made sure that we have everything you need to have a comfortable stay with us.
A private ensuite bathroom is also located directly off of the master retreat. This is a full bathroom that is only accessible from the master bedroom.
BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen size bed along with lots of comfy blankets and pillows, and the stylish fog window adds a very cool look to this cozy bedroom.
Dual full length mirrors in this room double as sliding closet doors, while inside the closet there’s extra pillows, bed linen and pillow cases.
BATHROOM 1 The first full bathroom can be found in the main hallway near the front entry door. This full bath has a bathtub/shower combo so you can relax in the tub or quickly hop in the shower. We provide bodywash and shampoo/conditioner, so you don’t have to worry about bringing any liquids with you while you travel!
ENSUITE The second full bathroom in this unit is the ensuite inside the master bedroom. This sleek and modern bathroom is a 4 piece ensuite with a bathtub/shower combo. Inside this space you’ll also be provided with bodywash and shampoo/conditioner.
LAUNDRY We have a free in suite washer and dryer that is all yours, no sharing and no coins! We also provide free detergent and dryer sheets so you can keep your clothing fresh and clean while travelling.
PATIO The patio is located directly off the living room and can be accessed through the sliding glass doors, and it comes with outdoor furniture so you can relax and even enjoy a meal outdoors. This is a main level unit so there’s no need to worry about heights or having unsupervised children on the patio. This area faces the parking lot and is only steps away from where your own dedicated parking stall is located.

• FOB must be left on the island when you leave, otherwise there will be a $250 replacement fee.
• Self check in with smart lock so no need to worry about keys (code will be provided on day of arrival).
• Free in-suite washer and dryer.

Guest Verification Required: -To ensure the safety and security of all our guests and our property, we require a government-issued photo ID to be submitted after your reservation is confirmed. This is a standard part of our verification process.
