  • Located in a safe & quiet NW neighbourhood, this newly renovated basement suite is just 10 minutes from downtown, the airport, and the University. It is also close to the city's pool, gym, library, school, and grocery stores.

    The suite features a private bathroom and a cozy living room with a projector, mini fridge, and a single bed, making it suitable for up to 3 guests.

    Please note: It has a shared main entrance and Kitchen. The basement living area is adjacent to a shared laundry room.

    Everything is cleaned and sanitized for each stay.

    No pets
    No parties
    No wipes/dump in the toilet.
    No smoking inside, including the balcony.

The home space was sparkling clean and very roomy. My host was excellent and access to my spot was easy.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, great location to wind down after a day out. Although tucked away from the busier parts of the city, getting downtown was a quick 15 minute Uber, with public transit also accessible nearby. The host responds to communications quickly and was very helpful during my stay. The accommodations were very clean, the bathroom is large with a full standing shower. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room itself was spacious. New laundry machines were easily accessible and although I didn't use it, I had access to the kitchen as well. I found it was a fantastic value at a much better price than traditional hotels. I hope this location will be available for my next trip to Calgary!

I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a heated mirror in case you steam it up. Convenient laundry. The family is very sweet and considerate, but mostly keep to themselves so you have your space!

This property is NOT as advertised. The owners are lovely but the property itself is kind of strange. Didn’t have the two bedrooms and tv that they said we would have. The living room had an ironing board instead of tv. The bedroom carpet had some seriously weird stains. The owner didn’t remember that we were coming and it took a long time to find him. No code for the door given or wifi password and no towels. We had to ask for all of that. Again, lovely hosts but very disappointed with the accommodations.
