I want to assure you that we take such comments very seriously and have conducted a thorough investigation into the matters you raised.On Investigating the matter we got Regarding your request for a late checkout at 6:30 AM without charge due to early completion of your work, I regret that we were unable to accommodate this request. Our checkout times are structured to ensure that we can adequately prepare for incoming guests, and while we strive to be flexible, sometimes we are unable to fulfill specific requests without impacting other guests. But we did not charge the 4th night. Concerning the housekeeping service, our records and security camera footage confirm that your room was serviced as scheduled. When the issue was brought to our attention, we offered a second cleaning service and a room change to ensure your comfort. Unfortunately, these solutions did not meet your approval.It is also important to address the interaction with our front desk supervisor. We understand that you were offered solutions to the concerns raised, but it appears the situation escalated to a request for a full refund, accompanied by the threat of a negative review if the demand was not met. We are disappointed to hear that our attempts to rectify the situation were met with threats, as our team is dedicated to resolving guest issues in a constructive and fair manner.We strive to provide a welcoming and satisfactory experience for all guests, and it is disheartening when any guest leaves our hotel unhappy.
