You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.
➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.

LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am.
➦Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour.
➦We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.
CLEANLINESS ➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
MONTHLY STAY GUESTS ➦We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies.
QUIET HOURS ➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
SMOKING ➦Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE ➦For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that:
➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy.
➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
CAMERA LOCATION ➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7.
➦It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

Host was very responsive and assisted when I inquired about things in the game room. Lovely house, tons of kitchen staples provided, all the things you need to prepare serve a meal. We enjoyed our stay and it was great for all ages of kids.
