  • Tastefully designed 2 bedrooms secondary basement suite, with a separate walkout entrance, located in the beautiful community of Carrington in NW Calgary
    Enjoy the city of Calgary and travel with ease to other locations:
    • 15 mins from the airport
    • ⁠14 mins from CrossIron Mills
    • ⁠25 mins to downtown Calgary
    • ⁠less than 1.5 hours to Banff National Park
    • ⁠walking distance to grocery stores- No Frills, restaurants, gas station. We have a lot of storage space within the suite that can accommodate any large size luggages. The smart 70 inch TV features an Hdmi cable for laptop connection and Netflix for streaming services.
    The space does have a fully functional kitchen. It is equipped with cooking utensils set and kitchen appliances. a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle for basic cooking.

The apartment was cozy and clean as described we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We would definitely book it again when we return to Calgary. Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy.

Really great experience and had awesome stay really friendly communication and reply really fast and also helped us to do some adjustments for our needs too I can totally recommend anyone to stay here

Apartment was clean and quiet, well stocked except for coffee maker. Owner was lovely and accessible by text and phone. Will definitely seek a vacancy here on our next trip to Calgary❤️

We had an amazing stay at this property in Calgary! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained the home was. This trip was extra special for us as we were visiting a family and attending my Mom’s Graduation and Father’s Day weekend. Having such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and Cozy

Such a great place to stay. Check-in was a breeze and Adeola responded to my messages in a timely manner. Everything was clean upon arrival with some kitchenware to cook simple meals. Definitely would stay again :)

The suite was very good, and very well kept, on top of that the owner was extremely nice. The supermarkets was also on walking distance while the TV was also easily useable and I highly recommend this place.

This property has so much potential. The beds were very comfortable! But some downsides. It’s very steep stairs and the light doesn’t come on until half way down. It’s a hazard. We didn’t have the right password for the wifi and it did get corrected, but since we arrived late, we ended up not watching TV- which we had wanted to do- because the owner was working. Also there were no towels in the place and so they were going to drop off the next day, which did not happen until after we left. Plus the stove was dirty. Finally, the fridge wasn’t plugged in and we were told to plug in if we were going to use it. We did, but suggest that be done before arrival. There is no coffee pot and very few basic amenities. For such a nice place, it’s a shame that all the details were overlooked. Chocking it up to a bad day for the owners, but wouldn’t stay again.

Very nice suite with all amenities provided. We wanted to visit Banff and stayed here. The drive to Banff was 1.5hours one way and we found it very convenient. The house was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!

There were a few things I found off….no wash clothes, hand towels or kitchen towels…..only paper towel available. Additionally, there are no bedside tables/lamps. I would not rent again due to these things.

We would like to thank our host of The Carrington Cozy Suite for their hospitality and their wonderful accommodations. The suite was so clean and bright, it was as if we were the first people to stay there. It had everything we needed. It had easy access to downtown, the airport or to highway 1 for our day trip to Banff. The beds were comfortable and the suite (and the neighborhood) was nice and quiet. Plus, it was a quick 5 minute drive to pick-up groceries, get a coffee or fill up with fuel. Thanks again.
