The whole house is very very scented. Found the air “freshener” and put it in a drawer which helped a lot but the bedding was very scented as well. Wouldn’t consider anything to be luxurious about the place, not that it was bad, but just average. Overall the place wasn’t very clean with dirt built up around edges etc but places you’d expect to be cleaned. Messaged the owner about an internet issue and never got a response back. The internet was very spotty and weak throughout the stay. When the basement unit is rented the sound from them travels up the vents and you could hear entire conversations. Bedding wasn’t very comfortable especially for something meant to be luxurious. Overall disappointed since I was expecting a “luxurious” house and got something barely at par.

When I first walked in, I could tell the cleaners had either not been there or they did a poor job. The house stank of grease, the oven was full of debris on the bottom, it also had a cookie sheet that was covered in grease and left inside the oven. The counters and the stove were dirty as were most of the dishes that we were wanting to use. The mirrors were all sreaky and there were no bedsheets on thevLooking out the window from the kitchen to the backyard, there were appliances that looked like they needed to go to the dump, in the far right corner there was a tiny table but also there were lots of debris in that corner as well again appliances that needed to go to the dump. The grass was not cut and the place just looked run down. However the owner had reimbursed me a small amount, he had offered to have it cleaned while we were there but we did not want to be looking at the cleaners do their job while we watched. We were told that the previous renter had taken a long time to get out.

Very Disappointed

The minute we checked the place smelled like cigarettes. Smoke alarm went off at 5am the Sunday morning. We could smell cigarettes again and heard people arguing in the basement. Dirty cutlery left in dishwasher. Beds had to be made. Master room had no bottom sheet just a mattress pad. Second bed used had no top sheet. We ended up leaving a day early due to the fire alarm and obvious smoking in the basement. We advised owner and no offer to refund us for the 3rd night. Would not recommend this place

Perfect for 6

The property is great for 3 couples. The kitchen/ living area is great for visiting and entertaining. You will have to schedule shower times as there is only 1 shower. The bed in the large room is very hard. You do not sink into that mattress at all. The floors in the bathrooms and the baseboards need to be properly cleaned. The walls could use a touch up as well. We did notice a musty smell throughout the house.

Good location, but disappointing....

After paying a VERY HIGH cleaning fee (which included a large pet fee premium) for one night, we had high expectations for this accommodation. When we arrived, therefore, it was very disappointing to find that the dishwasher was full, microwave and fridge hadn’t been wiped out, and portions of food had been left in the freezer. In addition, there were no top sheets in any of the beds, and the sheets didn't appear to have been laundered. Fortunately, there was a washer and dryer, which we used to wash them. Other than those items, the kitchen was cute, and location was quiet and easy to find. Between the very high fees and the overall condition, we would not stay again….

Easy and comfortabl

We just stayed for one night and it was very cozy! Hard to find a pet friendly rental and it was great having a fenced yard to take our floof out freely. Was great!

Stayed here for one night and couldn’t complain it was perfect. The location was really close to downtown. Everything was spotless and very clean. The host hamid is one of the most nice and genuine guys I ever met. I Will definitely be booking with him again.

House was too hot to sleep in even though it has 'AC'

We stayed at this house for a few nights with the outside temp of 29-32 degrees. When we arrived the internal temperature was 27 degrees and all the windows were open. When we checked the AC unit, it appeared to be working but no cool air was coming out. I contacted the owner and he stated that the AC should be working which it was not. He was kind enough to get us a couple more fans because it was way to hot in the house to sleep. I told him that we chose this location specifically for AC access and asked that if he couldn't fix it the next day would he discount our stay. Houses with AC charge more to stay at than ones without. He said he would, but by the end of the stay he stopped responding and did not end up discounting our stay. Both my husband and a friend are electricians and they couldn't find the AC condenser to check if it was on. When asked about it the owner didn't know where it was located and seemed sketchy about whether there's AC in the house at all. The house was fine and clean. The furniture looks cool but isn't very comfortable. All in all, we were very disappointed in this stay.

Amazing weekend stay

The property was absolutely stunning with an amazing updated kitchen. The property was clean and in a prime location super close to downtown. Hamid was great with communication and had everything set up in the house for our needs. I will definitely be booking again with Hamid in the future as I has the best experience with this property.
