Great location. Very comfortable for 1 person or a couple + pets. Walking distance to community arenas, coffee shop, dog park. Will stay again

It is a basement apartment. Sound isolation is not great. But it was clean and spatious enough.

The apartment is on a very busy corner with no outdoor space. It’s very clean and the bed was comfortable. This does not comfortably sleep 4 people and be aware of hidden charges for more than two guests. We were charged extra for bringing our 2 year old. The “sofa bed” is basically a love seat that the back comes off of. It can sleep a child or short person. We assumed it was a futon since the ad stated it sleeps 4. We were able to jam a cot in the corner of the bedroom but it was a tight squeeze for 3 of us. I would definitely not recommend this place for any more than two people. You can hear a lot of noise from the other units. Snacks and Landry detergent cost extra. Early check in and late check out cost extra too. In my opinion this is a very overpriced stay and you would find better value elsewhere in Calgary. The property manager Jaren was very nice and responsive.
