"Great new hotel just opened but a couple of no small issues. There is no sign of the hotel outside the building, so we had to go up and down the street to find it. There's only a sign for the restaurant but not for the hotel, we wasted 10 minutes under the rain until we realised. When we pointed this to the guy at reception, his response was that "unfortunately, there's no sign". Thank you very much. Fortunately you could put one, I'm sure it wouldn't cost that much.
