"We had a group of 11, and this hostel was perfect for us. Everyone was able to have their own rooms with A/C and a bathroom. The main areas were perfect for gathering as well. We enjoyed using the restaurant style kitchen to make meals for our group, and the pool area to rest after exploring all day. The hostel is right in the middle of everything! You're only a block from the beach, and there are tons of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. right next door. The host was super responsive and went...

"Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"From arriving to the airport our host Robert was on it. He arrange our transportation from the airport to our Villa. The driver he got was was very professional and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before he dropped us off at our location. When we arrived at our Villa my group was wowed on how clean and beautiful the property was. It had everything we needed including a full size Fridge with a freezer. Upon arrival Robert checked up on us and made us feel comfortable...

If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach.."
