Sunny apartment for 2+2 people, attic on the 3rd floor. Centrally located. The bedroom and kitchen-living room (with a double pull-out couch) are separated by a glass door. The Residence La Terrazza is a great starting point for numerous excursions on foot, by bike, or by public transportation. Inside the building, you’ll find spacious common areas such as the sunroom with a coffee maker or the large terrace with mountain views and a small wine arbor. That’s why our residence is also popular with small groups, such as family gatherings or vacations with families of friends. We provide our guests with the South Tyrol Guest Pass for the duration of their stay, which allows them to use all public transportation (including the Mendelbahn and Rittner Seilbahn) free of charge. Thanks to this pass and our central location, you’re welcome to travel here without a car or leave it in our parking lot the entire time.
