"This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. "The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. "If you're expecting a pleasant stay and a good night sleep at night near the beach @ Tivai Beach Cottage then - FORGET IT.
