Excellent location, surrounded by parks that extends the feeling of tranquility and rest. It has all the services nearby, such as the large mercadona supermarket and the local market for fresh food, just 3 minutes walking. Following the same path at 100 meters, we reach the promenade. A long walk where you can enjoy a varied gastronomic offer on the shores of the Mediterranean and its fine sandy beach. All this environment has turned this area into the most and best reviewed of Calafell Playa.

The apartment has two spacious and bright rooms. One with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed. Next to the double bedroom is the bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a blender and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Finally we find the living - dining room. A large space with sofa bed, TV and round table with rattan chairs very comfortable for lunch. All furnished with top quality materials. From the living room you access the terrace with views to the park. An ideal place to relax having a good red wine or reading a book.

The community area has a large pool and garden that delight our guests. A quiet and familiar place to cool off the heat. All with modern facilities that offer a pleasant feeling of comfort.

The closest airports are El Prat de Barcelona and Reus in Tarragona.

From El PRAT airport:

By public transport you can arrive by train, first of all take the metro L9S to the station of Prat de Llobregat, from there you have to go to the station of Rodalies or Cercanías and take the R2S train direction “Sant Vicenç de Calders” where you It will take you to Calafell, (total duration 1 hour 17 min approx.).

From the Reus airport (Tarragona).

1. By car you can reach Calafell by the AP-7 (31min).

2. Public transport is recommended to take the L50 bus to the RENFE 1 stop and from there take the train from Reus (R14 or R15) to Sant Vicenç de Calders and transfer with the train (R2) to Calafell (total duration 1h and 37min

HOUSE'S RULES

- Take care of the house as if it were your own.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Do not make loud noises after 11pm.

- Smoking prohibited inside.

- Leave the house as you found it. In case of leaving the house in poor condition or very dirty it will be deducted from the deposit.

- Please throw garbage in the respective street containers.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.





CLEANING, SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS:

We take our guests safety very seriously. For this purpose, we are following the Ministry of Health protocols.

The products we will use to disinfect and clean the accommodation are: bleach with detergent, disinfecting products, latex gloves and masks.

The steps to follow are these:

- Cleaning staff will use personal protective equipment and will dispose them safely after each use, then proceeding to hand wash.

- We will ventilate all the rooms of the accommodation.

- Textile garments will be washed mechanically in full wash cycles at 60-90ºC.

- The cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation will be done with bleach which is effective and recommended by the Ministry of Health.

At the entrance of the accommodation we will provide all of our guests with a pack that contains the following products: a bleach bottle, hand soap, gloves and paper tissues.
