"Check in was great, park and head to your room. Once inside we could smell that some cleaning materials have been used however, one of the three showers was dirty. One of the bathroom sinks, clogged up. We cleaned it. There was clogged of hair. There was hair and ants in 3 of the 4 bed's. The TVs in 2 of the rooms were older and only was about to get 3 channels. In the master bedroom there was a small leak from the air vent that got my shoes wet. The location and view was amazing. "

"Family of 6 the villa worked out great for us. It was very clean when we arrived. My favorite was the convenience to the beach and shopping. Every morning I would walk out to look at the beach from the balcony. The beach is so close to the villas you can hop right out the pool right over to the beach. We stayed on the 3rd Floor so we did have to walk up and down the stairs but we didn't mind. It was always quiet and relaxing no matter what Time of the day or night it was very peaceful. Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "
