"Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and welcoming. We would have jumped in for sure if our schedule had allowed us to. Instructions you’re given say to...

"We had a great stay - the location was private and quiet, and easy walk to the beach. The pool area was great and lots of parking. We had everything we needed (family of 3) for the weekend trip. Host was very accommodating up until the trip, quick responses and went the extra mile to give me updates as Hurricane Erin came through - which luckily did not impact our trip! Very clean, organized, good set up and just what we hoped for! "
