In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen!"

"The property is a quaint 3 bedroomed single storied house - 1 double and 2 twin rooms. 2 shower rooms with plenty of hot water. One shower room is in fact across the courtyard in the utility room (not mentioned in the details). Lovely to have outside space in the pretty courtyard. "Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...

"Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…)."
