"We've just returned from a week-long stay and had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Jo and Aurelie met us on arrival and gave us a good tour of the property, answering questions along the way. They kept in touch regularly over whatsapp as needed, and Jo attended to cleaning the pool and hot tub almost daily. The villa is beautiful and everything has been thought of. "Nous étions 12 ( enfants, ados, adultes, chien, 3 bagnoles) La propriété est situé juste en dehors des logements sociaux (visibles sur Map). Mais ce n'est pas un quartier à problème, pas de culture importé quoi...Le décor est planté. La maison est grande, PROPRE, et pratique avec tout les sanitaires en double. "We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to South West France. Alan and Barbara are perfect hosts - warm, welcoming and thoughful- nothing was too much trouble and they anticipated and met our every need. The house is spacious and well-equipped and pool and garden delighful. The setting is fabulous - peaceful and relaxing with georgous views over fields and woodland and the foothills of the Pyrenees Audoise. Just outside Chalabre, the location is great for exploring the upper Aude and Arriege area...

"Hemos estado muy a gusto, con un patio fantástico para poder ir con tu mascota. El propietario era muy agradable y en todo momento estuvo disponible para resolver nuestras dudas. Lo único, hay un ligero olor de la fosa séptica, pero totalmente soportable. Las vistas preciosas, el entorno para senderismo y ruta de vinos genial. Volveremos sin duda!! muchas gracias!!!"

"Great location and a nice traditional comfortable villa with lots of space for all of us and really well stocked. The outside of the villa looks a little in need of repair in places but very chic and in keeping with the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to water restrictions but it looked great - also had a few issues with power cuts but they were resolved really quickly by the caretaker and hosts. "Comme nous vous l avons dit nous avons été trompés par la propriétaire sur l environnement de la location soit disant sans voisins. Malgré toutes les preuves écrites comme quoi elle nous rembourserait nous avons été spoliés de 2 nuits avec l assentiment d Abritel Ce qui nous a fortement déçu"

"Unser Aufenthalt in Espéraza war sehr schön, vor allem das Haus war ein toller, angenehmer Ort, um zu entspannen. Auch der Pool bietet einem die Möglichkeit zu entspannen und hat die perfekte Höhe, um z. B. Ball zu spielen. Auch die Umgebung hat uns viele Optionen geboten, der Markt in Espéraza, eine wunderschöne Natur, Kanufahren und viele kleine alte Dörfer. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!"

"Heel mooi en vooral ook zeer schoon huis op en bijzondere locatie tussen twee bergstromen. Genieten van het huis, de rust, het water en de natuur. Zeer sympathieke en behulpzame eigenaren van de woning en deze goed onderhouden omdat ze er zelf ook een gedeelte van het jaar wonen. Tijdens verhuur wonen ze zelf iets verderop in het dorp en bereikbaar voor hulp."
