"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"The property was amazing. The villa is better than advertised. Plenty of space inside and out. But better than the actual villa was the staff and management. They catered to every need, want or thought we had throughout the entire process from planning to being on site at the house. Simply amazing. "If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay with a group of friends in Turks and Caicos, this is the place for you! The pool area with oceanfront views and an outdoor barbecue area was excellent. Additionally, there's a spacious kitchen and a dining table for group meals. "The White House is a one stop shop for everything you need! Kenard, Angel and Nancy were incredibly helpful in answering questions and accommodating. The house can fit 16 people (with the futon bed) and has AC everywhere. I highly recommend the half day boat charter and the private chef they recommended were awesome. The crew made the trip seamless. Highly recommend! Especially for a large group! "

"Everything was wonderful! Beautiful property! Private beach, snorkeling right off the beach was amazing. Construction was going on next door but really didn’t bother us. I would say groceries are expensive! We purchased 2 bottles of alcohol before we left our airport. Case of domestic beer $56.00. Best advice check out the brewery, really good beer. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to return, hope the owners don’t sell off the property to future hotel builders."

"Pros: Excellent location, very convenient and close to main attractions. Cons: the rooms could use some maintenance. The bathrooms feel a bit neglected, the shower lighting is quite poor, and the hot water does not last very long. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."
