Casa Botánica in Villas Somnara is part of a complex of four modern villas surrounded by nature, designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a tropical atmosphere.



Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bright and well-ventilated spaces, shared pool, and easy access to the beach and local attractions.



Ideal for families, groups, or couples who want to relax and enjoy the Costa Rican Caribbean.



Casa Botánica is an independent house within the Villas Somnara complex. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, designed to offer comfort and tropical freshness.



It features a living-dining room, television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hot water, and a small terrace.



It is part of a complex of four houses that share common areas, maintaining a quiet and residential atmosphere.



Guests have access to the shared pool, terraces around the villas, tropical garden with elevated walkways, and common rest areas. You will also be able to enjoy a ranch with BBQ area, equipped with chairs and a dining table, ideal for sharing meals outdoors in a relaxed atmosphere.



I am available to help you during your stay within business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (local time).



We expect our guests to be independent and able to enjoy the house and its surroundings with autonomy. We provide all the necessary information to make your experience smooth and comfortable, from access to the accommodation to local recommendations.

The property is located in a quiet residential environment, so respectful behavior is requested at all times.

Pets, parties, events, and noise exceeding the volume of a normal conversation are not permitted, at any time of day.



Common areas are intended for rest and should be used responsibly.

Access to Playa Chiquita is by walking through the neighborhood and the community trail.



We recommend moving around by vehicle or bicycle, as the area is quiet and public services are limited.



Communication with the host is by message, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except in emergencies.



Due to tax regulations in Costa Rica, we request an identification document to issue the electronic invoice. This has no tax implications for the guest.
