"This is a beautiful little cottage located in a beautiful little town. The location was excellent to walk to coffee shop, grocery store and brewery. The beds were very comfortable and the place was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My girlfriend and I decided on a spontaneous getaway to Mesa Verde and saw this listing available the night before our trip. With little expectations, we were immediately blown away when we stepped on the property; the home was one of the most unique buildings we’d ever seen! The interior felt so homey and despite the small square footage it felt surprisingly spacious. "The property was appropriately priced but the pictures were a bit misleading. The owner and caretaker were both very nice and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked, but dated. The back porch picture was when it was first built and it was also dated and not very clean (in my opinion). Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again if I had a group more on a budget. Again, the owner and caretaker were both very kind."

"The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez."
