A charming 28-square-meter apartment, ideal for two people, located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (two flights of stairs to reach it). The apartment is located in the heart of Marina, an area characterized by a network of narrow pedestrian streets and streets with limited traffic, historically home to fishermen and merchants, and today the hub of the city’s culinary, tourist, and multicultural life.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

We are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL)!



The space

The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, coat rack, dining table, and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop (2 burners), refrigerator, freezer, microwave, mini kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, coat rack, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating via split-system units (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the storage room), mosquito screens, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Guest Access

Theentire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.





7 days beforearrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal (a fee of EUR 1.50 per person applies for the first 5 nights). Children up to 12 years old and seniors up to age 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, €15 will be charged for each set of linens used.

Neighborhood description

The accommodations are located in the heart of the Marina neighborhood, one of the liveliest and most distinctive in Cagliari, renowned for its wide range of restaurants, bars, and amenities. Along Via Napoli and the surrounding streets, such as Via Sardegna and Via Cavour, there are numerous traditional Sardinian trattorias and seafood restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties such as malloreddus, fregula with seafood, culurgiones, and fried fish. Marina is also the city’s most cosmopolitan neighborhood and offers a wide selection of ethnic and international restaurants, including Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Japanese, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Rounding out the offerings are cafés, lounge bars, and pubs—perfect for breakfast, an aperitif, or a drink after dinner.

Just a short walk away are some of the city center’s most important landmarks. Via Roma, less than a two-minute walk away, is the grand, monumental boulevard overlooking the harbor, featuring elegant arcades, shops, bars, and the historic City Hall. In about five minutes, you’ll reach Piazza Yenne, the heart of Cagliari’s nightlife, which is always bustling both day and night. Nearby is also Largo Carlo Felice, a wide, tree-lined boulevard ideal for strolling and shopping.

The area also offers a wealth of amenities: in the immediate vicinity, you’ll find convenience stores, artisan shops, souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and numerous other businesses. For shopping, the nearby Via Manno and Via Garibaldi are the city’s main pedestrian streets, while several tourist service agencies round out the neighborhood’s offerings.

Getting around the area

-From Cagliari Elmas Mario Mameli Airport: You can reach the apartment by train, getting off at the Cagliari stop, which is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (travel time approximately 19 minutes).



-From the Cagliari Centrale train station, you can reach the apartment in just a 6-minute walk.



-For those traveling by car: the accommodations are located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Therefore, we recommend parking in the Cagliari port area (NOT guaranteed).
