Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The accommodation is located in the center of Cagliari, an area equipped with all the essential services: schools, transport, shops, bars, supermarkets. It is a short walk from the main attractions: National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari, Piazza Yenne, the famous market of Santa Chiara.

Walking you can reach Poetto, an eight-kilometre-long town beach lined with a pedestrian path and a cycle path.

From the Poetto you can leave in excursion towards Calamosca and the Sella del diavolo. Finally taste the delicacies: spaghetti with bottarga and artichokes, burrida, based on gattuccio di mare and walnuts, and fregula with cocciula, semolina balls with clams.

Do not miss the Castle, overlooked by noble houses: Palazzo Regio and Palazzo di Città, as well as the Cathedral of Santa Maria.

The main attractions are:

- Yenne Square: 12 minutes on foot;

- National Archaeological Museum: 10 minutes by public transport;

- Poetto Beach: 16 minutes by car;

- San Michele Castle: 10 minutes by car;

- Maiori Cagliari (pizzeria): 4 minutes on foot;

- Slicer Del Largo: 13 minutes on foot;

- CRAI (supermarket): 12 minutes on foot.

- From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: you can reach the apartment by train from the Elmas Airport terminal to the "Cagliari" stop and then continue with the "M Gottardo" bus to the "Via Sonnino" stop1 minute on foot from the accommodation.

Alternatively you can take a taxi (journey time 17 minutes).

- From Cagliari Centrale Station you can reach the property in just 18 minutes on foot.

- For those traveling by car: you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the street near the property, or you can park in the street for a fee (blue stripes).
